OUR SALES - FAQ'S

Why buy from Vintage Vacations? We have now been busy been renting our trailers for the past 4 years. They have been in constant use so we know what can and will go wrong, what to check, replace and restore. We also hope that you will like our finishing touches.

Will my trailer be UK compatible? Yes. Included in our sale price will be a transformer (for converting UK power to US voltage of 110). The gas connectors, waste connectors and other sundry switches that seem to develop gremlins once they cross the ocean will be changed to UK spec.We can supply and fit braking systems and braking controllers making your trailer legal to tow in the UK.

Will my trailer be polished? Yes .... Frazer & Co will have arms like Pop-eye before too long!

What about the services? All services - gas, water, electricity, waste management will all be thoroughly checked and serviced. New water heaters will be fitted as a matter of course unless a trailer has a very new one already in situ.

Restore, Repair or Replace? Taking each trailer on it's own merit we will restore original features if worthwhile, repair where at all possible and finally replace any that are beyond all help using vintage parts and materials where possible.

What if I need any technical help in the future? Once you have bought a trailer from us you will be part of the 'Vintage vacations' family. Frazer will always be happy to answer any questions and offer advice when he can. As you can imagine our trailer learning curve has been pretty steep!
