'the mission'

Welcome to 'the mission'. Put your feet up in front of our gorgeous Charnwood woodburner .... and browse these first pictures of the newly completed mission. We do hope you love it all as much as we do!
To retain the original structure of the main hall our architect Keith Cunningham created a 'building-within-a-building' structure. Consisting of 2 mezzanine, open-plan bedrooms, one of which you can see here above the main living area, plus a large bathroom. An flatscreen TV/DVD will be mounted on the picture wall and there is also a CD player/ipod dock. Plenty of comfy seats for everyone.
Another couple of seating areas within the main hall.
The 'sunday school' (via the kitchen area) houses 2 bedrooms and a shower/wc with a lovely big shower. The smaller bedroom (above) will have a set of bunks rather that the single bed shown here. The other larger room (below) has twin or double bed options.

'the mission' kitchen/diner has a beautiful fully restored 'English Rose' 1950's kitchen. Same amount of space looking the other way as well. All the usual suspects including dishwasher and washing machine. A vintage clothes airier is due to be hoisted into the eaves. Seating for 8 around the table.

The main bathroom is situated within the main hall below one of the gallery bedrooms.... the bath is sunken into what was the original baptismal font.
